Make sure the phone is securely attached to the holder before using any gym equipment.
Keep in mind that a thick protective cover may reduce the effectiveness of the magnetic connection! We recommend placing the metal plate on you phone or case surface to ensure a direct contact to the holder.
Be aware that dust and dirt between the smartphone and the metal plate may cause scratches.
